Anon(ymous) Costume Renderings
Brian's final project for Costume Design: Anon(ymous), a modern retelling of Homer's Odyssey. In it, we see the story of Anon, a refugee adopted by an affluent white family, who runs away from said family in search of his identity. He meets a number of strangers along the way, many being immigrants or refugees themselves. In line with that, Brian's concept revolves around what people migrating to or already in America today would choose to wear based on their socioeconomic standings in combination with the shards and mementos of where they hailed from.
Materiality Project
A practice for translating the different qualities and uses of a type of fabric into renderings.
Anon, the protagonist of the play. A refugee from a war-torn country, our protagonist has, from a young age, never known his identity.

Seeing that, Brian thought of himself and his family, who fled from Vietnam before he was born. This gave him the idea of a very modern take on the show, giving Anon the same sort of modern casual streetwear that they sported
